    Old-Apricot8562. It's amazing how you'll repeat an order back, they agree to it, and then have the audacity to say they ordered something else. Or, they thought they ordered something in addition to everything else. Insert massive eye roll lol

    Kagome12987 It's a perfect saying. If you're an awesome person you have zero reason to be mad. If you get mad at this you probably hate being called out on your It's a neutral enough statement that can be said to everyone. How you take it, only reflects on you. It's a mirror statement.

    AdGlum6581. OP is stating that his attitude aka his tone and demeanor during their interaction seemed and is most likely made based off of body language and again....tone. I hope this helps you read between the lines.

    it's just because attitudes don't translate well through text or whatnot because the only way any of what you just wrote would be if he had an attitude while saying it, I'm just going to assume that's the case. I work in food service as well and when the servers start having an attitude I'll tell my boss it's not is

    he was annoyed by his tone. I don't know how much more I could've explained to him. I apologised for the delay and the wrong order and for the second coffee not being hot enough
